VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION FORM

Thanks for your interest in volunteering to support the efforts of the April 9, 2008 Olympic Torch Relay in San Francisco. This form is NOT to indicate your interest in carrying the torch as a runner. If you'd like to be considered as a potential runner, please go back to the "Become a Torchbearer" page here and fill out the appropriate form.

At this time, our needs for volunteers are still being evaluated, so there is no guarantee that you will be contacted. However, we want to have a ready pool of prospective volunteers from which to choose. If you would like to be considered for a volunteer positiion, please fill out the form below. NOTE: As all volunteers would be responsible for their own transportation, food and lodging, we are encouraging only Bay Area residents apply for possible volunteer opportunities. Thanks for your interest in support of San Francisco's Leg of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Torch Relay on April 9.

To be considered as a volunteer, applicants must be 18 years of age.
