A Lawsuit Involving A Taser Gun And A Brain Injury

November 3rd, 2010

A man in California recently filed a brain injury lawsuit as a result of being shot down with a taser gun during a routine arrest procedure.

Situated on a bus and refusing to leave when asked, the man was tasered three times by police before he was finally taken from the scene.

During the chaos, he at least didn’t suffer a spinal injury but his heart did stop, leading to severe brain damage that’s left him on a permanently disabled status as a result.

Even police officers can be at fault, as these injuries aren’t always blamed on clinical negligence.
